Booking Notes
It is recommended to book your room as soon as possible in that rates tend to increase over time and availability becomes more limited the closer we are to travel. Booking sooner then provides the best chance at achieving a lower rate, securing your preferences for travel dates and room category, and booking before any potential increase in the minimum night requirement.
If you need to modify your reservation after booking, this can be done any time up to 14 days prior to travel. Please note that most modifications will reprice the package to reflect the current rates and availability at the time of making the change. In this sense, it is also recommended to make any modifications as soon as possible to help reduce the risk of increased pricing and/or limited availability.
